The Kerstner Foundation has just announced that for the 2007 fiscal year a total of over $210,000 was gifted to private nonprofit organizations.
“We are very proud of this record setting year…”
-says CGO (Chief Giving Officer) Chris Kerstner,
“…and we hope to double that amount over the next 18 months.”
The funds served many important global needs such as Malaria, Breast Cancer, starvation and Stem Cell research. Additionally approximately 33% or $69,300 was donated to help serve local community needs such as Iraq and Afghanistan Veteran’s surgical operations and Cancer medication for children without sufficient health insurance.
